Welcome to Aspire Housing

Aspire Housing provides around 20,000 customers with quality affordable homes and services across North Staffordshire and South Cheshire.

Our services include general needs housing for rent and shared ownership, sheltered housing, extra care housing and help for people to live independently.

We manage around 9,000 homes, 120 shops and 1,500 garages. The majority of our homes are in Newcastle-under-Lyme, in Staffordshire, but we also have homes in Stoke-on-Trent and Cheshire. In addition we manage around 500 homes for Stoke-on-Trent Housing Society.

Aspire Housing is part of the Aspire Group, which includes PM Training, Furniture Mine, Social Enterprise West Midlands and the Realise Foundation - our unique regeneration charity.
