Our offices at Kingsley, The Brampton.
The Company was set up to take over ownership of the housing stock which was transferred from the Borough Council in January 2000.
In December 2002 we moved to our new offices at Kingsley, The Brampton and changed our name to Aspire Housing.
Our housing management, maintenance and improvements services are delivered within three neighbourhood areas. More information about these areas is available in the housing section of this site.
If you are an existing tenant or leaseholder or are interested in becoming an Aspire Housing tenant, please browse through the site for advice and information. We are a non-profit making Registered Provider Landlord (RP) and are registered with the Tenant Services Authority (formerly the Housing Corporation), the statutory body responsible for supervising and regulating registered providers.
To register with the Tenant Services Authority, we had to show that we could provide services efficiently and effectively and that the organisation would be governed in an open, honest and accountable way. We now have to comply with the Housing Corporation’s Regulatory Code (introduced in 2002). The Code covers everything from how we involve and consult tenants to the way we manage our finances.
The Tenant Services Authority has the power to intervene in the operation of a Registered Provider if it faces severe financial problems or has seriously contravened the Tenant Services Authority's regulations.
