The Company was created to take over ownership of the housing stock which was transferred from the Borough Council in January 2000.
In April 2007 we completed a deal to purchase 25 new properties in Crewe and Alsager from the Hanley Economic Building Society in a deal worth £1.9million. These are the first properties to be purchased outside the Borough of Newcastle.
In 2008 we merged with training provider PM Training to create the largest social enterprise in the area.
In 2010 we launched the Realise Foundation, a unique regeneration charity created to unleash the full potential of people and communities across North Staffordshire
