Heritage Park

The former open cast colliery site is owned by the Homes and Communities Agency and we are working with house builder Barratt’s David Wilson Homes to procure 75 properties.

The scheme is a major regeneration project and has included large amounts of Community consultation to ensure the development meets the needs of the local community. The overall plans for the site include the provision of new community and sports facilities, 300 homes of various sizes, tenures and designs all integrated with a series of children’s play areas, landscaped public open space and a new village square.

Aspire’s 75 homes will be available for both shared ownership and rent, properties will include a mixture of 2, 3, 4, and 5 bedroom properties. The properties will be constructed alongside the sale properties available from Barratt’s David Wilson ensuring they are ‘pepper potted’ throughout the development.
