Ingestre Square

Following on form our successful scheme at Denham Gardens, we are re-developing the estate district centre at Ingestre Square.

The scheme is a partnership project with Stoke on Trent City Council with Aspire Housing acting as developer to deliver a mixed use scheme consisting of 41 new homes, 28 of which are for rent and 13 for shared ownership. Also included in the development are 6 new commercial units and a brand new community hub building providing services to local residents and accommodation for local voluntary organisations. Alongside these will be large amounts of public realm works to provide ample parking provision and an enhanced environment.

The properties will be built over 2 phases, the first of which was commenced in January 2010 by Kier Partnership Homes, it is expected that this will complete by Autumn 2010 with the second phase being completed late in 2011.
