Working with Kier Ventures and the Homes and Communities Agency (HCA) we are developing new homes as part of the Government funded ‘Kick-start’ funding programme. As part of the arrangement Aspire will be take ownership direct from Kier, 72 new homes. Properties will include 2 bedroom bungalows alongside 2, 3 and 4 bedroom houses, the new homes will be available for both rent and shared ownership.
The site builds upon other successful regeneration schemes in the area and is adjacent our award winning Extra-care development of Mill Rise Village. It falls within the RENEW North Staffordshire Area of Major Intervention in Knutton Cross Heath and formed part of a comprehensive master-plan for the area. This development will form the first phase to develop out the entire site and is due for completion in March 2011.
