Aspire Housing has a positive culture of respect and fairness - We are committed to creating a culture of respect and fairness, both in the communities we work in and in our working environment. In support of this we aim to promote equality and diversity in all areas of our operation including service provision, employment, procurement and governance.

We aim not only to follow legal regulatory guidance, but to be recognised as an example of good practice in this field.

Our work in respect of diversity is linked into a number of Aspire's key values; the main one being to treat everyone with respect and fairness and to value and celebrate diversity.

This has been revised and takes into account our developing approach and the latest legislation enacted with respect to Equality and Diversity. Our aim is equitable treatment for everyone who uses our services and works for Aspire Housing. We also recognise that by reflecting and valuing diversity of our community, we will be a better employer and will deliver better services
