What we have achieved.
- We have reduced rent arrears by £50,000 over the last year
- We have helped customers overcome over £1 million of debt
- We have employed two money advisors to assist our customers with benefit and debt issues
- We collected 101% of the rent due to us (higher than 100% because of the collection of previous year's rent). Outstanding arrears at March 2011 was 1.2& of the total amount of rent owed to us.
