We are managed by an Executive Management Team of three, led by our Chief Executive. The team is responsible for the Company’s operational management and performance whilst working with the Board in setting our overall strategic direction.

John Lindsay - Deputy Chief Executive & Director of Resources responsible for: financial strategies and policy, preparation and monitoring of financial systems, funding management, information technology operations and systems development, insurance, legal and governance services, board support, internal audit.
Will Nixon - Director of Regeneration - responsible for our development & regeneration programme, people and performance, marketing & communications.resident involvement. Will is also Chief Executive of our training division PM Training and our new charitable arm the Realise Foundation
