How are we doing?
We regularly assess our performance against a wide range of measures to ensure that we are delivering a quality service to our customers. Performance reports are presented to management, board and committees.
The Scrutiny Panel is a group of customers who come together to discuss how we are performing. They also undertake a range of activities designed to check that we are delivering on our promises to you. As part of this work they have selected a number of performance measures which are important to them as customers. These are reported to them each time they meet.

Key Performance Indicators
We also monitor our performance against a range of Key Performance Indicators which are collected by a number of Housing Associations. This enables us to compare how we perform compared to others.
