Service description
The Tenant Services Authority’s Neighbourhood and Community Standard requires us to:
- Keep neighbourhoods and communal areas on Aspire estates clean and safe.
- Work with partners to promote social, economic and environmental wellbeing.
- Prevent and tackle antisocial behaviour alongside other public agencies, in areas where we own property.
Aspire is working with partners, such as local councils, police and health services to maintain and improve the areas where you live. Our neighbourhood teams attend meetings and estate walkabouts with residents in these areas to identify issues which are of concern to them. Aspire provides an estate caretaking service which covers the entire borough.
We work with partners to help find housing and support solutions for customers and our trained staff provide support services through their annual visiting programmes.
Aspire provides a 24 hour reporting service for antisocial behaviour and has its own officers and legal team who can use a range of methods to prevent and deter all forms of antisocial behaviour.
