Our Service Standards set out the levels of service you can expect to receive from Aspire in each of our main service areas - clearly stating what you can expect from us.
These standards have been compiled in consultation with customers and have been validated by an independent consultant.
The standards set out the level of service that you can currently expect to receive. There are some areas of service where customers have told us that they want to see more ambitious standards.
We will review this document each year to incorporate changes to our services and ensure that we continue to meet customer expectations.
For each service area we have set out a number of commitments and a number of standards that we will monitor.
We will produce regular reports to show how we performing against the standards. The full reports will be made available here on our website and we will publish summary information in our customer newsletter, News n’ Views.
