Our Head Offices are conveniently located at the Brampton, within a few minutes walking distance of Newcastle-under-Lyme town centre.
Our Depot is located on Brick Kiln Lane in Chesterton, it is the hub of our trade operatives and maintenance service.
The majority of our properties are located within the Borough of Newcastle-under-Lyme, which lies west of Stoke-on-Trent and midway between Manchester and Birmingham, covering an area of approximately 81 square miles. The population of the Borough in 2001 was 122,000.
Newcastle town centre contains a mix of small shops, offices, pubs, restaurants, a multi-screen cinema and other leisure facilities. Nearby, Hanley greater provides a range of shops, entertainment venues and eating places.
The Borough’s character is a mix of town and country. The eastern part is mainly urban and includes the towns of Newcastle and Kidsgrove where the majority of our homes are situated. Both towns are close to the boundary with the City of Stoke-on-Trent. The area to the west of the Borough is more rural and shares borders with Shropshire to the west and Cheshire to the north. These areas contain approximately 1000 of our homes.
