• Our offices will be closed for the Easter weekend from 5pm on Thursday 28th March until we reopen at 8am on Tuesday 2nd April. You will still be able to get in touch through 'My Account' or our emergency out of hours service. We hope you have a lovely Easter!

You may have seen a recent national news story relating to a potential fire safety issue in some new-build homes constructed by Persimmon Homes and Bellway Homes.

The safety and wellbeing of our customers is our primary concern at all times, so we have investigated this matter further as a priority.

We have been in touch with both developers and have been assured that all Aspire Housing properties built by Persimmon and Bellway are traditional brick and block construction rather than timber frames.

In order to provide further assurance, we will visit a sample of properties to carry out checks as a precaution and keep customers informed of any follow-up actions that may be required.

We take fire safety very seriously and have recently thoroughly reviewed our fire safety policy and advice. We work closely with local Fire and Rescue authorities to provide clear guidance and this can be found on our website here.
