Aspire Housing asked for your views. We are changing the way we work and introducing new standards for the services you can expect from us.
We asked customers and residents about:
- Changes to the services we offer to customers
- Changes we have made at Aspire Housing
- Changes we are planning for the coming year
We held a series of public drop-in events during August. Where customers could come along and have their say.
Our customers views will help shape the services we offer and the extra help Aspire Housing is able to give to communities.
We asked customers late last year what standards you expected us to meet. Based on your feedback, we created a series of standards that we pledge to meet.
Now we are developing those standards further and asking our customers what you want to see. We will report on how well we are doing, and where we need to improve, in the annual report in October.
