Rewarding staff for going the extra mile

Aspire Housing is looking for nominations from its customers, for members of their staff that have gone that ‘extra mile’.

Customers are invited to tell the company about the times that they have received truly excellent customer service - where a member of staff has gone that little bit further to help them and provide an excellent service.

Caroline Baggaley, Head of Housing at Aspire Housing, said: “This is a great opportunity for customers to share their good experiences with us and tell us about the high levels of customer service that they have received from us.

She continued: “We are continually looking at ways to improve the delivery and access to our services.”

All nominations will be entered into a prize draw to win £50.00 Potteries Shopping Centre Vouchers and must be received by Friday 1st May 2009.

The company is celebrating its achievements over the last year at an event for its staff in May, when the awards will be presented.
