Aspire Housing were presented with a national award in Birmingham on Thursday 29 January, from James Caan of Dragon’s Den Fame.
The company received national recognition of achieving the Investors in Excellence standard – demonstrating that it has clear and robust systems in place that ensures its customers receive excellent services.
Sinéad Butters, Chief Executive and Will Nixon, Director of Operations were presented with the award at the Midlands Excellence Awards Evening at the ICC in Birmingham.
Both were thrilled and Will said: “We are committed to the pursuit of delivering excellent services and providing quality outcomes for all of our customers and colleagues.”
He continued: “We will be continuing to use the Investors in Excellence model to ensure that we continue to improve our services and the outcomes we deliver.”
The award was assessed through the provision of a very detailed document setting out how Aspire Housing met the requirements of the standard in such a short time scale, followed by a visit to the company by Midlands Excellence assessors.
The Investors in Excellence Award is a nationally recognised standard for organisations using the Business Excellence Model - an internationally recognised model that assists organisations to develop their approaches to continuous improvement.
