Telecare Service receives glowing report
Aspire Housing recently achieved top marks for its Carecall Services from the national Telecare Services Association (TSA).
The company achieved accreditation of the TSA’s Code of Practice in May 2008 and recently underwent a rigorous annual independent inspection to ensure that it continuously seeks to improve its service.
Aspire Housing’s Head of Operational Support, Tim Edwards, is delighted with the result and said: “We are thrilled to receive positive feedback on our recent inspection.
He continued: “As part of our commitment to the TSA, we have a framework in place to constantly monitor and develop our service.”
Marian Preece, Operations Manager at the TSA said: “The Telecare Services Association is delighted that Aspire Housing has retained accreditation to the 2005 Code of Practice following its recent Inspection.”
She added: “Aspire Housing is one of over 115 TSA Service Providers across the UK accredited to the Code of Practice."
The TSA is the representative body for social alarm/telecare industry in the UK.
