Talent Academy

The Academy is a customised programme developed to maximise individuals’ abilities and opportunities over a 12 to 18 month period - another way in which Aspire is proving itself to be one of North Staffordshire’s most forward thinking and dynamic companies.

To be successful and gain a place on the ‘Talent Academy’ employees went through an application and assessment process. Due to the calibre of employees applying, five individuals were successful in gaining a place.

Ele Morrissey, Head of Organisational Development at Aspire Housing, said: “The Talent Academy is a fantastic way of identifying future leaders at Aspire and providing them with bespoke career opportunities that aim to unleash their potential to the benefit of the individual and the business.”

Each member of the Academy will get an individual career development plan along with coaching and mentoring support from a member of the senior management team and quarterly reviews with the Chief Executive, Sinéad Butters.
