We want you to tell us about the times that you received excellent customer service – where an individual has gone that little bit further to help you and provide you with a great service.
This is a fantastic way of celebrating the hard work of individuals and our achievements.
It is also an opportunity for you to share your good experiences with us and tell us about the service that you have received - colleagues are always honoured to be recognised by our customers.
Please send your nominations to us by 12noon on Wednesday 30 September 2009. This should include your name and contact details (including a contact telephone number), the name of the person you wish to nominate along with the reason for your nomination.
