Aspire Housing is looking for nominations from its customers, for members of their staff that have gone that ‘extra mile’.
Customers are invited to tell the company about the times that they have received truly excellent customer service - where a member of staff has gone that little bit further to help them and provide an excellent service.
Craig Taylor, Customer Services Manager at Aspire Housing, said: “This is a great opportunity for customers to share their experiences with us and tell us about the good customer service they have received.
He continued:“We are continually looking at ways to improve the delivery of our services.”
All nominations will be entered into a prize draw to win £50.00 Potteries Shopping Centre Vouchers and must be received by Friday 2nd May 2008.
The company is celebrating its achievements over the last year at an event for its staff at the end of May, when the awards will be presented.
