Aspire Housing is getting views from customers about the services that will be on offer from the company’s new town centre office.
Customers who are already involved in the company’s activities, have been invited to an event, organised by the local housing association, to give their views about what works well and what can be improved.
Helen Hughes, Business Support Manager at Aspire Housing, is keen to get customers’ views. She said: “Our customers are at the heart of everything we do and we want to know what they would like to see on offer, as part of our customer service review.
She added: “This event will focus on our key service areas and we hope that customers will fully participate in the workshops that we have planned and get really involved.”
Working with Aspire Housing to review its processes and coordinate the event, is HouseMark – an organisation dedicated to improving housing performance and jointly owned by the Chartered Institute of Housing and the National Housing Federation.
Carole Halfacre, Assistant Director of Consultancy at HouseMark said: “We are working with Aspire Housing to review the delivery of customer services, to ensure processes are effective and efficient in delivering a customer focussed service from the company’s new town centre offices.
She continued: “We are sure that the event will be a huge success and customers will be fully involved in shaping Aspire’s service delivery for the future”.
Aspire Housing has recently started work on the new offices on Merrial Street in Newcastle and will open its doors to customers in the Spring 2009.
The conference will be held at Keele Hall on Tuesday 7 October 2008, in conjunction with National Customer Service Week (6-12 October).
