Some customers will have a greater need to move than others; those who are over-crowded in their present home, who wish to transfer for reasons of age or ill health or those whose present home is too large for their households needs will receive priority. You will need to meet the following conditions before your transfer can be approved - a visit will usually be made to your home to discuss these with you:

• The property you are leaving must be left fully vacant (that is, all your household is moving with you);
• The property you are leaving must be left in a good state of decoration inside and be suitable for another customer to move into immediately;
• Your rent should be paid up to date; and
• You must not have broken your tenancy agreement in any other way.
