Before we can register your application, you must provide full proof of your identity and circumstances as detailed below:

• Current address (tenancy agreement, utilities bill, driving licence, bank statement)
• If of no fixed abode, copy of benefits book, vehicle documents or passport
• Previous addresses (proof of addresses over past 10 years)
• End of previous / current tenancies (written confirmation from landlord that tenancy has ended, copy of tenancy agreement, rent book)
• Income if employed (copy of wage slips)
• Income if unemployed (copy of pension book, copy of benefit book, or benefit confirmation letter)
• Dependants (copy of child benefit book or confirmation letter, copy of birth certificate for each child)
• Pregnancy (copy of certificate of confinement, letter from GP/Health Visitor)
• Medical condition/disability (completion of medical self certification form and at your own expense, letters from your GP, Hospital or other Health Professional if you wish to provide these)
• Access to children (copy of documents from the court or your solicitor, letter from the Parent or guardian with whom your child is living)
• Former home owners (copy of letter from mortgage lender, solicitor or court where property was repossessed)
• Other former home (proof from mortgage lender, solicitor or court that there is no owners interest in a former owned property)
• Poor condition of property (letters from environmental health, photographs etc.)
• Harassment (copies of police reports, copies of crime numbers, letters from supporting agencies)
• Residence (UK passport, Residence Permit, Aliens Registration document, immigration and nationality directorate H.O Travel Documents)
• HM Forces employment (certificate of employment, written confirmation of date of discharge from HM Forces)
