We opened the doors to our brand new Customer Services Centre on Monday 29 June 2009.

Located in Merrial Street in Newcastle’s town centre, adjacent to Newcastle Civic Centre, the Centre will provide customers with a convenient and easily accessible office from which to access a number of core housing services that were previously delivered from our offices on The Brampton.

The Centre is the result of months of hard work and consultation by both Aspire Housing staff and Customer Groups. The Centre will focus on improving Customer Access to our services and to increasing customer involvement, with a Customer Resource Centre available for customer meetings and events - all designed by customers.

Extended and weekend opening hours for both Reception and Call Centre services is a positive move to achieve improved access and customer satisfaction.

Customers will now be able to gain access to all of our services through one telephone number 01782 635200 and will be able to choose one of three options of Repairs related enquiries, Gas Servicing or other service requirements.
