Also based at the Centre is our new Income Management Team lead by Paul Malkin and supported by a Deputy Income Manager and Rent Accounting Supervisor who will in turn be managing a team of 11 Revenue and Rent Accounting Officers and Assistants.
The Income Management Team responsibilities are aligned to maximising our rental and commercial income and are committed to providing practical and early advice to all our customers in reducing and preventing our rental and other arrears.
Customers will be able to ring and/or visit the Customer Services Centre and have their balance and payment enquiries dealt with at first point of contact, receive basic advice on debt management, but also have access to appointments and discussions with our on-site specialist team.
