We are always looking for new customers to be involved in the various groups which we have.These include the following:
Customer groups - There are lots of ways to be involved and to have your say to improve Aspire Housing's services and where you live. We want to encourage more of our involved customers to support the customer groups in the new Resident Involvement Framework.
Information about the groups is enclosed can be downloaded below. If you feel able to commit time and energy to contribute to one or more groups please complete the form below and return to the Resident Involvement Team. If you are already on a group your membership will continue.
Being a member of a group usually involves a meeting of no more than an hour and a half (which occasionally takes the form of a workshop or an away day). You will gain knowledge, new skills and the chance to talk to other people with similar interests. Our groups are businesslike but are also welcoming and friendly.
If there are any reasons why you feel you can not take part (for example because of transport, care issues, hearing or seeing or language) let us know. Every effort is made to support any individual who is prepared to commit their time.
Customer Panel - Concerned with making sure we involve customers and co-ordinate all the customer groups.
Residents Associations bringing together people at a local level to highlight and tackle issues and to put on events and activities.
