We are pleased to introduce the 2010/11 Customer Training Programme.
This training programme has been developed to support you in getting the most out of your involvement. Join us to enhance your skills and knowledge in a supportive and fun environment.
We have listened to our customers’ feedback and have included some evening and weekend courses. We have also increased the number of courses on offer. Please take advantage of the learning opportunities available.

These training courses are open to any members of the community living or working in Newcastle. Our customers friends and family are welcome to attend any courses they wish, as are any young people.
Course places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first served basis’. So, please send us your booking form as soon as possible.
Do not be put off by courses that seem to have passed as we are resheduling the courses and you can find further updates of the courses that are running in our events calendar.
