We have split the Borough of Newcastle into five and our housing management and maintenance and improvements services will be delivered within these five geographical areas:
Within each geographical area there will be defined neighbourhoods. These will be managed on a daily basis by a Neighbourhood Officer who should be the first point of contact for any tenance issues. Repairs will be co-ordinated by a Trades Team Manager.
