There are several ways in which you can pay your rent. Choose the most convenient way for you from the list below:
- Online – to pay your rent now with your credit or debit card, click on the link at the bottom on this page
- Direct debit – The most convenient way to pay your rent on a regular basis through your bank account. Contact our rent accounting section for a Direct Debit mandate, or download it from the options below. If you have a bank account but are unable to pay by Direct Debit it may be possible to pay on a regular basis by standing order. Our rent accounting section will also be happy to discuss this option with you.
Every customer who sets up a new Direct debit account will be entered into a Prize Draw to win £25
- Swipe card – you can pay at any outlet displaying a Paypoint or Payzone sign, including post offices and corner shops throughout the borough and nationwide. Contact our rent accounting section to request a swipe card.
- By post – you should pay by cheque, postal order or money order. DO NOT POST CASH. Send in your rent card with your payment and we will record the payment and return your rent card to you within two or three days. You should make cheques and postal orders payable to Aspire Housing and send them to: Aspire Housing, Kingsley, The Brampton, Newcastle-under-Lyme, Staffordshire, ST5 0QW.
- Text payments - It is now possible to pay your rent via your mobile phone. To activate this service please follow the ‘pay your rent link at the bottom of this page and this will navigate you to the Allpay website. Once logged on and your details have been entered you will be given the option to pay over the internet or have the text option activated.
- Credit/Debit card - Our customers can make rent payments when visiting our offices or a member of our staff can take payment on your behalf by telephone. All you need is your credit or debit card and rent swipe card to hand and a member of staff will take your payment.
- Cash Hall Payments - You can also make rent payments at The Guildhall in Newcastle town centre and Kidsgrove Town Hall, all you will need to provide is your rent reference number and payment can be taken
