We employ our own maintenance staff who carry out all repairs and improvements to our properties.

Responsibilities
Your Responsibilities
Please treat your home with care. Remember that you may be charged for repairs to damage that does not count as fair wear and tear, such as:
- Repairs that are needed as a result of damage by you, your family or visitors
- Repairs to appliances/fittings which you have installed in addition to those provided by us
- Internal decoration and items such as garden sheds and garden paths, fuses, plugs, light bulbs, TV aerials - excluding communal aerials.
Our Responsibilities
There are a number of repairs which we are legally responsible for for example:
- The structure and outside of your home (e.g. roof, walls, doors, windows and paths)
- The fittings inside your home that we have installed or adopted (including the water supply, sanitary fittings, gas, electricity and heating appliances)
