Central Heating Servicing

The servicing of gas central heating systems is carried out annually. It is important, both for the efficiency of the system and your own health and safety, that you allow the tradesmen access to carry out this work.

Smoke Detector Servicing

Smoke detectors that have been installed by the company are serviced annually to ensure that they work properly. (Tenants should also carry out checks by pressing the test button on a regular basis.)

External Painting

All properties will be painted externally every 5 years.

Internal Painting

Communal areas of sheltered housing schemes, and internal staircases to flats are decorated every 5 years.
