How else can I be involved with Aspire?

We aim to fully encourage and support our customers to get involved. We employ specialist staff to develop this important area of work. Money is also available to help you become involved in what we do - for example, providing appropriate training, paying travel expenses or helping with the costs of childcare while you come to meetings.

Some customers will want to have greater input than others, so we aim to make sure that there is a range of opportunities for getting involved. Involvement can include:

• Filling in a simple questionnaire
• Joining or forming a residents’ association
• Joining the Customer Panel or Board
• Becoming a mystery shopper
