Planning was granted by the Council in June 2006 for the company to lead on the redevelopment of Denham Square.
We allocated £1,000,000 for the project and have been successful in securing a further £920,000 from The Housing Corporation.
The redevelopment project saw the replacement of properties at Denham Square, with 17 new bungalows, landscaped frontages and car parking facilities. Working with the ‘Aspire’ charity – a charity established to help individuals with spinal cord injuries - 2 of the 17 homes will be fully adapted to provide temporary accommodation to people who have been discharged from hospital, whilst their own properties are being adapted
