What’s going on behind the scenes at Aspire?

In the summer of 2010 Aspire appointed a new ‘Business Process Review Team’ which are a part of the Service Improvement team.

They are a small team that are dedicated to improving various processes which will result in the services that our customers receive being more efficient & effective.

Aspire are committed to continuous improvement therefore we have identified some services or areas of work that have been classed as priority and will be reviewed by the Business Process Review Team over the next two years.

The processes that we are currently reviewing are:

Starting in 2010

Starting early 2011

  • Antisocial Behaviour

  • Tenancy Services

The Business Process Review team will work along side Aspire colleagues who will provide expertise in their service areas along with customers who are members of the Customer Service Improvement Groups.

Together, they will look at these processes from the beginning right through to the end and will especially focus on all of the things that Aspire does to provide customers with a service that they expect to receive and value.
