Aspire Housing is working in partnership with the North Staffordshire Fit for Work Team to deliver free sickness absence support and advice for employers.
The North Staffordshire Fit for Work Service aims to provide a free, confidential and effective Absence Management advice for employers and employees across North Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent.
We can help you:
- By providing you with an Advisor who can assist you with workplace or social issues which may be affecting your company and/or employees
- Access free Initial Health Assessments by NHS Work Facilitators.
- Reduce the cost of sickness absence to your company
- By supplying you with policies and toolkits on areas such as Absence Management, Stress at Work, Equality and Diversity.etc
- Develop a fair and tested Absence Management system for future business use.
Free workshops detailing our service and providing basic Absence Management guidance are available for all employers with staff who live or work within North Staffordshire.
