Area of Major Intervention
RENEW North Staffordshire is a partnership of local organisations who are working together to deliver a multi-million pound investment programme called housing market renewal. The programme, one of nine in England to receive government funding, is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create a stronger, more stable housing market for the region.
Aspire Housing is leading RENEW intervention in the Knutton Cross Heath AMI - working with the Neighbourhood Management Pathfinder, Newcastle-under-Lyme Borough Council and English Partnerships to deliver ten projects, which have recently been approved and are underway.
