Each new tenant will enter a property that is carpeted throughout, has a double bed, wardrobe, sofa, dining table, occasional coffee table, fridge, cooker, cutlery and plates.
The scheme is aimed at anyone who requires furnished accommodation. The cost of the furniture is added on to the rent. Those eligible may receive full housing benefit which will cover the rental charge, making this a relatively inexpensive way to start your new home.
