applying for a home

To be considered for a Stoke on Trent Housing Society home you must register on Aspire’s Housing Register. This includes Stoke on Trent Housing Society tenants who wish to transfer to another social housing tenancy.

You can download the housing allocation policy at www.nhaoptions.co.uk, or ask us for a copy.

Once you have been accepted onto Aspire's Housing Register you will be a member of our Choice Based Lettings Scheme, NHA Options and you will receive a Scheme User Guide that fully explains how you can access the scheme.

Being a member of NHA Options means that you can be considered for both Aspire and Stoke on Trent Housing Vacancies.

If you want to be considered for housing from any other social landlord in Stoke-on Trent you will need to apply to Stoke-on-Trent City Council, or directly to the landlord of your choice.

Housing applications can be made:

Online: www.nhaoptions.co.uk

By telephone: 01782 854707

In person: Aspire Housing’s Customer Services Centre, Merrial Street, Newcastle-under-Lyme, where you can pick up an application form
