Rent is due weekly on Monday and can be paid at any other interval (fortnightly, monthly, etc) but must be in advance.
We have a number of convenient ways to pay your rent.

- Direct Debit – weekly on a Monday, or on the 1st, 10th, 17th and 24th of the month (all new customers will be required to pay by direct debit)
- Standing order
- Swipe Card
- Telephone payments
- Cheque payments
- Payments will be taken by the team based at Park Vista flats, Ridgway Road, Hanley
Rent account statements will be sent to customers every three months.
