We are responsible for maintaining the structure of your home, the outside of your home and fittings inside the property that we have installed (including the water supply, sanitary fittings, gas, electricity and heating appliances).

To report a repair our online service is available 24 hours a day
here. Alternatively, please contact us during working hours on: 01782 854707 to report your repair or to ask for a copy of our Repairs, Maintenance and Improvement Policy which explains how we deal with different types of repairs.

Please treat your home with care. Remember that you may be charged for repairs and damage that does not count as fair wear and tear, such as, repairs that are needed as a result of damage by you, your family or visitors.

You are responsible for maintaining:

Repairs to appliances/fittings which you have installed in addition to
those provided by us

Internal decoration and items such as garden sheds and garden paths,
fuses, plugs, light bulbs, TV aerials - excluding communal aerials.
