resident involvement

Our customers play a crucial role in monitoring and improving our services. This involvement brings positive benefits for customers, for their landlord and the wider community.

We will attend meetings of local residents’ committees, if requested, to deal with any issues relating to Stoke on Trent Housing Society and the services Aspire Housing provides.

You will also have the opportunity to become involved in Aspire Housing’s Resident Involvement Framework to influence and shape the services Stoke-on -Trent Housing Society customers receive.

Getting involved

Customers can get involved in a way they feel comfortable with. We may consult customers individually or in groups and, if appropriate, those on our housing list.

We may also consult you:

• By letter or a specially produced leaflet
• By asking you to complete a satisfaction survey
• By personal visit
• By public meetings
• By an invitation to look at a similar project
• Residents’ Committees at Park Vista.
