where do I hand my keys in to?

The keys to your property must be returned to the Stoke on Trent Housing Team at Park Vista flats, Ridgway Road, Hanley, or to the Aspire Housing customer service centre.

Keys should be handed in by 12 noon on the first Monday after the notice period has ended. If you hand keys in after 12 noon you will be charged the rent for another full week.
