New colleagues receive a programme of induction activities to provide them with the necessary information to support them in their new role. Activities could include job shadowing, on the job coaching and meeting representatives from relevant departments.
Each member of staff will work through an induction checklist during their first six months which will be supported by regular one to ones and probation reviews.
New colleagues will also receive continual support from the Learning & Development Team. They will receive an induction review with the Learning and Development Advisor after 3 and 6 months with the company to evaluate their induction experience.
