In March 2006 we introduced our first Internal Learning Prospectus which was developed to promote and publicise to all staff the learning and development opportunities on offer to them.
The prospectus is split into three areas, leadership development, personal development and an Equality & Diversity Toolkit. The prospectus features a wide range of courses that are continually reviewed and added to.
