Aspiring Leaders Programme

Through a variety of means, this programme develops knowledge and understanding of being a leader within Aspire Housing and provides an opportunity to apply theories and concepts in the workplace so that individuals visibly make a difference in their career.

The programme is flexible in its format. All new managers are required to complete the ‘Stepping into Management’ module which addresses key HR policies. Following the completion of this module, the remaining modules and its workshops are optional and can be completed according to individuals specific learning needs.
