Allocations Advisor

Temporary - 12 months, 37 hours 

Salary: £20,230 annually


We are looking for someone to join our Allocations Team who has a passion for delivering customer-focused service.

This role is about ensuring that our customers have a smooth move into their new homes, meeting their needs to make their new tenancy a success.

You will be responsible for the allocation of Aspire properties through the Choice Based Lettings system; ensuring that properties are let efficiently.

You will have a proven track record of delivering great customer service and ideally, an understanding of Choice Based Lettings and in return, you will be given the opportunity to expand your skills and knowledge in housing services.
