We have appointed a new Chair to champion the voice of our customers.
Kevin Richardson will lead the Aspire Housing board, moving into the role from his former position as Vice-Chair.
Kevin, who has served on our board since 2013, said: “I’m looking forward to working closely with the board to listen to and champion the voice of our tenants and to ensure that we serve their needs thoughtfully and promptly.”
An experienced leader across education, health, social care and social work, Kevin has chaired a school governing body in Staffordshire, created a local community partnership that took over and transformed the performance of a school and helped to create an academy school. Kevin is passionate about developing and improving service provision and enhancing customer services.
Aspire Housing’s former Chair Philippa Holland has stepped down from the role, having successfully guided the housing association since 2011. Philippa will continue her work with we are aspire in her new position as Chair of Realise charity.

Kevin’s knowledge of service provision and experience working with varied communities will be invaluable as we continue our drive to put customers at the heart of everything that we do.

We’re delighted Philippa will continue to work with the group, taking the helm of the Realise charity board, where she will help the charity support more people across our communities in Staffordshire.”
