A personal note from Sinéad Butters, Group Chief Executive

We’re in such uncertain times right now, we want you to know we’re doing all we can to support you. We’re here to help when you need it, whether your work circumstances change, or you need help at a time when you’re unwell.

You may be on your own, you may be surrounded by family, whatever your circumstances, we are more than just your landlord; we really do care.

The coronavirus is bringing difficult times for us all to deal with and I want to reassure you we’re doing everything we can to keep our services running as smoothly as possible.

Your safety in your home and the safety of our colleagues is of most importance to us. Unfortunately, due to the spread of coronavirus we will have to change some of our services, to help prevent the spread of coronavirus and as we have less colleagues working due to sickness.

All of our essential services will continue, essential visits to meet you when you need us, compliance testing to keep you safe, sharing money and employment advice and completing repairs; they will all continue. However, we will need to change the way we provide some of these services.

We’re moving to more telephone calling than face to face, and as of tomorrow Thursday 19th March, we’ll be changing to an emergency repairs service only.

Please be assured we’re all working hard to deliver the best service we can during these unprecedented times. We’re working with you, for you, and we look forward to the better times ahead.
