As an Aspire Housing customer you can access Big White Wall, an online community, free of charge. Accessing this online service gives you the opportunity to use a range of information, free of charge, to support your wellbeing. There are also a whole host of advice and people to talk to; thousands of people across the country, as well as a team of trained clinicians.

What is Big White Wall? 

This online service is designed to help you get support, when you need it, to feel better. It provides 24/7 peer and professional support (with trained counsellors online at all times), plus a range of wellbeing tools to help you self-manage. 

The service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week via any internet connection. You can register yourself and access the service at anytime. You don't need to tell anyone you have registered. The service is completely anonymous.  

You never need to feel alone; a range of online services means you will always have someone to talk to. 

Large community 

Big White Wall provides an opportunity for you to talk to other people who may be experiencing the same thing as you. You can add your feelings to the wall by creating a Brick using pictures and images. Or you could simply take a look around, browsing through the 200+ articles, so you can understand more about how you're feeling. 

Online courses 

You can register for a large variety of online guided support courses which use recognised therapies. Complete courses at your leisure to support your wellbeing. 

Safety 

Safety and security is a top priority for Big White Wall and there are several features in place to safeguard you as a member including: 24/7 moderation by clinically trained ‘Wall Guides’, privacy rules and security guidelines. 
 
Self-Improvement tools 

You can learn tips and find ways of coping using valuable resources available 24/7. They give you lots of information about many conditions and topics to help you understand more about your feelings, set goals and track progress.
